Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko IT in-house Lawyer .
Opis stanowiska:
- Zarządzanie procesami prawnymi
- Zapewnienie zgodności działań firmy z obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi - weryfikacja umów, zgłaszanie rekomendacji oraz negocjowanie zapisów z kontrahentami;
- Monitorowanie zmian legislacyjnych (w tym RODO) i ich wpływu na działalność firmy;
- Tworzenie i aktualizacja szablonów umów z uwzględnieniem wymogów dla kontraktów międzynarodowych;
- Pełna obsługa cyklu życia umów (od draftu do archiwizacji) z automatycznym śledzeniem SLA przez dedykowane systemy.
- Koordynacja współpracy zewnętrznej
- Nadzór nad podziałem zadań między zespołem wewnętrznym, a kancelariami i firmami zewnętrznymi;
- Wdrażanie jednolitych standardów współpracy z podwykonawcami (reguły eskalacji, raportowanie);
- Weryfikacja jakości współpracy.
- Zarządzanie ryzykiem
- Identyfikacja ryzyka prawnego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem projektów IT, uwzględniając certyfikację ISO 27001 oraz normy/rozporządzania/dyrektywy (np. DORA, NIS);
- Prowadzenie rejestru incydentów RODO z proaktywnymi rekomendacjami wzmocnienie kontroli.
- Optymalizacja operacyjna
- Szkolenie zespołów (w szczególności sprzedaż i PMO) z podstaw prawnych;
- Bliska współpraca z innymi działami firmy (sprzedaż, zespoły projektowe) w zakresie wypracowywania standardów oraz niezbędnych zapisów w umowach;
- Bliska współpraca z zarządem w obszarze optymalizacji pracy działu prawnego oraz identyfikowania ryzyka.
Oczekiwania:
- Wykształcenie wyższe prawnicze
- Wiedza na temat prawa kontraktowego oraz regulacji związanych z branżą IT
- 5 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe (mile widziane doświadczenie na stanowisku prawnika wewnętrznego lub asystenta prawnego w firmie informatycznej/technologicznej)
- Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie min. C1 (w mowie i piśmie)
- Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma umowami jednocześnie oraz utrzymania systematycznego rejestru dokumentacji
- Umiejętność delegowania zadań oraz samodzielność w podejmowaniu decyzji
- Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu pracy podmiotów zewnętrznych
- Mile widziane doświadczenie w negocjowaniu warunków umów oraz rozwiązywaniu sporów kontraktowych
- Mile widziana znajomość narzędzi: Word, JIRA, Confluence, HubSpot
