Job Description The Store Experience Manager will oversee the performance of an individual store, ensuring excellent customer experience that drives sales and profitability. Offer a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience. Analyze selling information and take responsibility for store sales performance. Lead and motivate a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service. Lead recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters is carried out well. Identify future talents and put together development plans to support their progression. Oversee store operations. Create a great place to work. What You Need to Succeed Knowledge Good understanding of KPIs/selling reports, budgeting turnover, and workforce hours. Knowledge of Health & Safety standards. Understanding of store operation routines (delivery, stock, inventory, etc.). Communicative level of Polish and English languages. Good knowledge of best practice in employee relations.
