SRE/DevOps Engineer - Investment TechnologyJoin the forefront of innovation with Qube Research & Technologies This is a Wroclaw-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week. As a Software Engineer, you will be working for our client – a global leader in quantitative and systematic investment management. You will be responsible for developing tools and infrastructure to support low-latency trading strategies. Your main responsibilities: Design and develop tooling for data collection and analysis from trading systems. Build and maintain pipelines for network packet capture processing. Develop monitoring and anomaly detection systems for trading performance. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate tools into workflows. Improve CI/CD workflows and contribute to infrastructure automation. Develop expertise in distributed systems and performance engineering. You're ideal for the role if you have: Strong Python development and shell scripting experience. Experience with data analytics and time series analysis. Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration frameworks. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices. Proficiency with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, ELK stack). Understanding of Linux internals and OS-level performance tuning. Interest in financial markets and trading systems.
