Business Development Manager at RED Global | IT | Body Leasing | Outsourcing | Recruitment Direct message the job poster from RED Global Role : Data Scientist JOB PURPOSE As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of leveraging data to drive business impact. Your focus will be on developing advanced analytics models to support product recommendations, predict customer churn and lapsed behavior, and optimize EOTM strategies using secondary sales data and operator insights. This role works closely with and reports directly to the Hub Lead – Tech & D&A, contributing to the execution of regional data science initiatives and supporting strategic decision‑making. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Product Recommendation: build and deploy machine learning models that deliver personalized product recommendations based on secondary sales data and operator features. Churn & Lapsed operator Prediction: develop predictive models to identify operators at risk of churning or lapsing, and support re‑engagement strategies. EOTM: adapt and implement models to support EOTM, including: product recommendations tailored to operator profiles and sales patterns; operator value prediction models using historical secondary sales data. Data Exploration & Feature Engineering: conduct deep‑dive analysis and create robust features to enhance model accuracy and business relevance. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with Global & Regional Hub CX team, Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure data science solutions are aligned with market business goals and integrated into workflows. Innovation & Best Practices: stay current with the latest in data science and machine learning, and apply best practices to improve model development and deployment. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proven experience working with sales data and customer behaviour analytics. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data engineering concepts.
