Join a brand-new Data Team – Building from the ground up We’re building a brand-new Data Testing team for a major Dynamics 365 transformation — a greenfield initiative that will shape the digital future of one of Europe’s leading organisations - and we’re looking for 4 experienced Data Testers to join the programme focused on data migration, Snowflake, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 . The candidate must possess demonstrated experience in data migration, cloud-based testing, and enterprise platforms such as Snowflake and Microsoft Dynamics 365. A strong background in validating complex data flows and ensuring data integrity is essential for supporting transformation initiatives within financial or enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed data validation and reconciliation across legacy and target systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy during migration. Develop and execute test cases for data, integration, regression, and service-oriented testing, both manual and automated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping and transformation rules, supporting successful migration to Snowflake and D365. Conduct ETL testing using tools such as Azure Data Factory and SSIS, validating data pipelines and transformation logic. Validate entity structures and data loads within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Identify and report data anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies using analysis tools. Maintain clear documentation of test plans, results, and defects using tools like Azure DevOps and JIRA. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to realistic planning and delivery timelines in hybrid work environments. Key Requirements: Minimum of 5 years QA and software testing experience. Strong proficiency in SQL for data interrogation and validation across Snowflake and SQL Server. Experience with Snowflake features including virtual warehouses would be an advantage. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 data structures and Data Service (Dataverse). Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS) and cloud-based data testing. Knowledge of data migration lifecycle, including source analysis, mapping, transformation, and post-load verification would be an advantage. Exposure to test automation scripting. Competence in using test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Testrail). Understanding of data governance and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR). Nice to Have: ISTQB or similar related qualification desirable. IT related qualification would be advantageous.
