ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb dotyczących danych oraz projektowanie rozwiązań usprawniających przepływ i integrację danych pomiędzy różnymi aplikacjami
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie kompleksowego modelu semantycznego oraz współpraca z interesariuszami w celu definiowania i standaryzacji kluczowych wskaźników wydajności (KPI), zgodnych z celami biznesowymi i wymaganiami raportowymi
  • Udział w migracji zaplecza technologicznego - zapewnienie płynnego przenoszenia wszystkich przepływów danych, rozwiązań do przechowywania i systemów przetwarzania
  • Projektowanie, tworzenie i utrzymywanie skalowalnych oraz wydajnych przepływów danych, zapewniających dokładne i terminowe dostarczanie informacji do narzędzi analitycznych i aplikacji biznesowych
  • Ciągłe monitorowanie, optymalizacja systemów zaplecza, baz danych oraz przepływów danych w celu utrzymania wysokiej wydajności i efektywności kosztowej
  • Zapewnienie płynnej integracji danych z różnych źródeł do scentralizowanych platform
  • Wykorzystanie specjalistycznej wiedzy z zakresu inżynierii danych do diagnozowania problemów, optymalizacji wydajności i rozwiązywania złożonych wyzwań
  • Bliska współpraca z zespołami Data & IT w celu eksplorowania nowych technologii i metodologii, napędzanie innowacji w praktykach inżynierii danych 

CZEGO OCZEKUJEMY

  • Minimum 3-4 lata na stanowisku  inżyniera danych lub podobnym
  • Doświadczenia w procesach  ETL/ELT , modelowaniu danych i tworzeniu raportów, szczególnie w środowisku Microsoft (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric)
  • Umiejętności tworzenia i utrzymywania kompleksowych modeli analitycznych w  Power BI i/lub Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) , w tym definiowania KPI i standaryzacji metryk
  • Biegłej znajomości  SQL (dowolny dialekt) w zakresie manipulacji, transformacji i analizy danych
  • Znajomości  DAX w kontekście  Power BI i  Analysis Services
  • Biegłej znajomości  SQL (dowolny dialekt) w zakresie manipulacji, transformacji i analizy danych
  • Znajomości  Azure oraz narzędzi takich jak  Synapse Analytics ,  Databricks czy  PySpark
  • Doświadczenia w budowaniu i optymalizowaniu skalowalnych pipeline’ów dla dużych zbiorów danych
  • Znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie  biznesowym

MILE WIDZIANE

  • Doświadczenie z  SSRS  i  SSIS lub podobnymi narzędziami do raportowania i integracji
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami BI, takimi jak Power BI, z silnym zrozumieniem KPI i tworzenia dashboardów
  • Doświadczenie w projektach merchandisingowych, firmach retail
