Opis stanowiska Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii działania we współpracy z Zarządem. Prowadzenie i organizacja szkoleń wdrożeniowych dla nowo powstającego zespołu we współpracy z wewnętrznym trenerem. Implementacja procesów wspierających rozwój marki oraz pracy agentów na lokalnym rynku. Zarządzanie pracą oddziału i bieżąca współpraca z centralnym oddziałem SDP Nieruchomości we Wrocławiu i wszystkimi jego działami. Budowanie wizerunku firmy na lokalnym rynku, kreowanie ergonomicznego miejsca pracy dla agentów i profesjonalnego biura dla klientów. Monitoring działań konkurencji na rynku nieruchomości, poszukiwanie rozwiązań biznesowych i marketingowych. Merytoryczny nadzór nad transakcjami agentów. Bieżąca analiza wyników sprzedażowych. Budowanie zespołu agentów ds. nieruchomości od podstaw, wspierane przez dział rekrutacji. #J-18808-Ljbffr
