Join and cooperate with us in Dnipro, Kyiv, Larnaca (Cyprus), Warsaw (Poland) and remotely from any city of Ukraine. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead a strategic transformation initiative for a client with complex, manual, and fragmented business operations. The organization faces challenges due to disconnected systems, inefficient manual processes, and bureaucratic communication flows. Responsibilities Lead the enterprise assessment ofcurrent-state business processes, system architecture, and organizational workflows Identify process inefficiencies, integration gaps, and system redundancies Design target-state enterprise architecture across business, application, and data domains Map and optimize cross-departmental processes and communication flows Define the architecture roadmap, including modernization, automation, and system replacement strategies Identify technology gaps inprocess digitalization and recommend suitable tools orplatforms toaddress them— oridentifying scenarios when existing systems can beextended orcustomized tosupport new workflows Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across departments Ensure architectural decisions align with business goals, scalability, and sustainability Support governance models, process ownership structures, and implementation planning Requirerments Proven track record inprocess digitalization, system integration, and business-IT alignment Strong grasp ofenterprise architecture frameworks such asTOGAF Proficient inbusiness process modeling (BPMN, value stream mapping) Experience withIT landscape assessments and system gap analysis Deep knowledge ofenterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, workflow engines, Electronic Document Management Systems) Ability todesign and document target-state architectures and transition plans Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills Familiarity with data flow mapping, integration patterns, and automation opportunities Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and facilitating change Familiarity with AI/ML applications inbusiness process optimization, such asintelligent document processing, process mining, orpredictive analytics.
