About Moods Moods is an innovative mental-health platform developed by Oh My Mood, a leading Dutch mental-healthcare organization focused on human-centered, tech-enabled care. Our mission is to build a zero-admin healthcare ecosystem where clinicians can focus entirely on patients while AI agents handle administrative and reporting workflows. We’re expanding our development operations to Warsaw, building a dedicated engineering team that will help us scale Moods into a next-generation platform used by thousands of clinicians and patients across Europe. Your Role As Full-Stack Architect, you’ll be the technical cornerstone of the Moods AI team in Warsaw. You’ll design and implement the platform architecture — ensuring scalability, performance, and healthcare-grade security — and collaborate directly with the founder to bring our vision to life. You’ll set development standards, mentor future team members, and lead the integration of AI-powered workflows, real-time collaboration tools, and ISO/NEN-compliant data pipelines. Key Responsibilities • Define and implement the system architecture for the Moods AI platform. • Build and maintain scalable APIs and modern front-end interfaces. • Integrate OpenAI and other AI services for transcription, automation, and reporting. • Establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and code-review practices. • Ensure compliance with healthcare security and privacy regulations (ISO 27001 / NEN 7510 / GDPR). • Support and document the ISO 27001 certification process, including security controls, risk assessments, and audit readiness. • Collaborate with product and innovation teams to align technical execution with clinical workflows. • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of additional developers in Warsaw. Tech Stack • Backend: Django 5+, Python, Django REST Framework • Frontend: React / Next.js • Database: PostgreSQL (optionally via Supabase) • DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure / Render • AI Integrations: OpenAI API, Whisper API, LangChain (optional) • Security: Auth / JWT, encrypted file storage, ISO 27001 controls Your Profile • 6 + years of full-stack development experience (Python + React). • Proven background in healthcare or regulated-industry applications. • Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining ISO 27001 certification (or equivalent information-security frameworks). • Strong knowledge of data protection and privacy (GDPR). • Excellent communication skills in English. • Based in or willing to relocate to Warsaw. • Independent, proactive, and motivated by purpose-driven technology. Bonus points for: • Familiarity with OpenAI / agent-based architectures. • Experience scaling SaaS platforms. • Interest in mental-health, well-being, or digital-health innovation.
