We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead AEM Architect/AEM Technical Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient AEM-based applications that meet client requirements and business objectives. Lead the architecture and design of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs Define technical requirements and specifications for AEM projects Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards Provide technical leadership and support during the implementation and deployment phases Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementations Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. We have  networking events, coding challenges, and company parties for different occasions. Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related engineering discipline. Adobe Certified Expert – AEM Developer credential or higher. Minimum 8 years of continuous, hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 5.6–6.5+), including AEM Sites, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, Dispatcher, and CRX repository management. Strong Java 8–11 backend engineering background, including REST APIs, OSGi services, JPA 2, Hibernate ORM, and Groovy scripting. Knowledge of Dispatcher caching rules, replication agents, and replication queues for efficient content publishing and cache management. Practical experience with JSI (JavaScript Includes), ESI (Edge Side Includes), and SSI (Server Side Includes) for dynamic content assembly and high-performance caching models. Skilled in installing, configuring, and maintaining full AEM environments (Author, Publish, Dispatcher) on Linux (CentOS), including environment setup, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience with AEM Assets and AEM Workflows for content automation and asset management. Experience in hardening AEM instances, managing user roles, and controlling access policies in line with enterprise security standards. Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gitlab, Adobe Cloud Manager), Maven, Git, and related DevOps toolchains. Demonstrated success leading distributed teams of 10–15+ engineers (AEM, UI, QA, BA), including daily coordination, performance mentoring, and delivery oversight.
