We are looking for someone who follows a test‑driven approach, can refactor code in a structured and low‑risk manner, and exercises good judgment in choosing when to apply design patterns—and when to avoid them. At Idego you matter Fluent English Sport subscription International projects Flat structure Responsibilities Build service‑oriented features, including prescriptions and profile access, while focusing on a clean, functional UI where clarity is key Contribute to both the backend and frontend, with a strong focus on backend logic, data modeling, and system behaviour Work hand‑in‑hand to maintain a unified codebase and architecture Write clean, testable code that is easy to understand and maintain across our products Requirements 7+ years of experience in backend development Proficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and the latest AI tools Experience with React, ideally with Remix and tRPC Experience with Zod, Drizzle ORM, or tools like Grafana, Firebase, or ArgoCD (a plus) Be pragmatic, team‑oriented, and motivated to improve healthcare through technology A vibe‑coding mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
