AMS Salesforce Consultant (Service-to-Retention) Company : You will oversee all international service processes within the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless system and process availability to support our global teams. You will control and monitor incident, change, and problem management, ensuring swift resolution and continuous service improvement. You will ensure the professional design of software support while fostering smooth collaboration between stakeholders, local projects, and offshore teams. You will accompany project transitions to support teams during release rollouts and continuous deployment, conducting engaging training sessions in Salesforce and ServiceNow. You will contribute to agile, self-organizing teams committed to delivering high product quality and reliable system performance. You will develop your professional, IT technical, and personal skills continuously to stay at the forefront of your field. Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring practical experience in IT consulting or service management, ideally within international or multicultural teams. You possess experience with the Salesforce environment, especially Service Cloud and Field Service, along with knowledge of customer service processes. Nice to have: Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus, as it enhances your ability to succeed within structured service management frameworks. You are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively navigate linguistic and cultural differences.
