Zakres obowiązków

  • Tworzenie i udoskonalanie protokołów blockchain z użyciem języka Rust.
  • Zapewnianie skalowalności i stabilności w projektach opartych na architekturze Layer 1 i Layer 2.
  • Wdrażanie i konserwacja platform smart kontraktów.
  • Optymalizowanie systemu przechowywania danych.
  • Wspieranie współdziałania pomiędzy różnymi ekosystemami blockchain (interoperacyjność).
  • Współpraca i mentoring – prowadzenie rozmów technicznych i weryfikacja kodu w zespole.

Wymagania

  • Doskonała znajomość języka Rust oraz doświadczenie w obszarze rozwiązań blockchain.
  • Zrozumienie mechanizmów konsensusu i podstaw kryptografii stosowanej w protokołach blockchain.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy nad projektami warstwowymi (Layer 1, Layer 2) z uwzględnieniem wydajności i bezpieczeństwa.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia i utrzymania smart kontraktów (np. na platformie Substrate).
  • Biegłość w obsłudze baz danych, zwłaszcza RocksDB, w celu efektywnego zarządzania danymi.
  • Wiedza na temat interoperacyjności sieci blockchain i sposobów łączenia różnych systemów.
  • Chęć angażowania się w dyskusje techniczne, dzielenia się wiedzą oraz przeprowadzania code review.
