Opis stanowiska:

Poszukujemy specjalistów SAP IS-U do II linii wsparcia w fazie utrzymania systemu. Projekt przechodzi do etapu  go-live , dlatego potrzebujemy ekspertów, którzy potrafią skutecznie monitorować, analizować i utrzymywać systemy oparte na SAP IS-U. Osoby na tym stanowisku będą odpowiadać za identyfikację i przekierowywanie zmian do deweloperów oraz wsparcie użytkowników nietechnicznych.

Główne obowiązki:

  • Utrzymanie i wsparcie systemów SAP IS-U w II linii wsparcia
  • Analiza zgłoszeń użytkowników i proponowanie rozwiązań
  • Wskazywanie koniecznych zmian i kierowanie ich do zespołu deweloperskiego
  • Współpraca z użytkownikami biznesowymi i nietechnicznymi
  • Przyuczanie nowych członków zespołu po stronie klienta

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w pracy z  SAP IS-U (utrzymanie)
  • Umiejętność identyfikowania koniecznych zmian i kierowania ich do programistów
  • Znajomość procesów biznesowych związanych z SAP IS-U
  • Umiejętność komunikacji z użytkownikami nietechnicznymi
  • Znajomość języka polskiego (wymóg konieczny)
