Our frontend is architected as a modern, responsive multi‑device solution, leveraging the latest reactive frameworks and sophisticated client‑side state management. On the backend, our business logic relies on a robust, proprietary system supported by leading open‑source frameworks and secure integration modules. Our data layer consists of high‑availability distributed clusters and dedicated warehousing solutions. We are continuously exploring emerging technologies and innovative architectural patterns to deliver the most efficient and competitive gaming experience to our customers. Responsibilities We are looking for a Java developer to help us build the best gambling site on the Internet. You will work with all parts of the system and all stages of the development process in a team oriented environment. This includes integrations with external systems, development of internal components and subsystems, and potentially also frontend development for mobile and desktop devices. You as a developer will work closely together with the business side of the organization to develop and implement new features. You will be working across a broad and up‑to‑date technology stack, including Java, Kafka, Docker, MongoDB, MySQL, React, and Spring Boot. The role also involves working with a large, long‑standing codebase, assessing its structure, and introducing modern, well‑scoped improvements through safe, incremental changes. About you We are looking for a seasoned engineer who views Java not just as a tool, but as a craft. You likely have 6+ years of experience building web applications and services, but more importantly, you understand that code is meant to be read by humans as much as it is executed by machines. Your Core Skills & Mindset Mastery of Java: You bring deep expertise and genuine passion for the language. Legacy to Modern: You are skilled at working with legacy codebases, refactoring them, and bringing them "under test" with confidence. Database Proficiency: You have solid knowledge of SQL and data management. Agile Collaboration: You thrive in a communicative environment, working closely with Developers, QAs, and Product Owners to deliver value. Curiosity: You are eager to discuss ideas, learn from others, and share your own knowledge with the team. Communication: You possess an excellent command of written and spoken English.
