Andersen is looking for a Frontend Developer (React) for a large eCommerce project with a global company. The customer is a multinational company operating in over 120 countries. It focuses on developing and delivering products for adult consumers while emphasizing quality, innovation, and responsible business practices. The project is the development of the eCommerce platform for delivering reduced-risk products. This branch started as a start-up inside the client's business and has grown in a separate direction.    Technology stack on the project: React 17+, Next.js, TypeScript 4, Redux, React Query, Webpack 5+.    Developing and maintaining React.js applications.  - Collaborating with the team to understand project requirements and specifications.  - Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.  - Implementing security and data protection measures.  - Ensuring code quality through different types of testing and continuous integration.      Experience in React application development for 5+ years.  - Experience in front-end HTML development (Vanilla-JS, HTML5, CSS) for 5+ years.  - Proficiency in modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap) and CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid Layouts).  - Experience with UI design management tools (Figma/Sketch/Invision).  - Experience making technical decisions — choosing libraries, refactoring, and improving architecture.  - Ability to explain and defend decisions based on experience and technical knowledge.  - Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other developers.  - Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining high code quality.  - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.    Solid knowledge of technology used within front-end solutions, specifically Next.js.  - Autonomy in working with assets and visuals (PSD files).  - Experience with Adobe stack (Magento and AEM) and Builder.io .      The opportunity to change the project and/or develop expertise in an interesting business domain.  - Job conditions – you can work both fully remotely and from the office or can choose a hybrid variant.  - The company has introduced systems of mentoring and adaptation for each new employee.  - The opportunity to earn additional up to 1,000 USD per month by participating in the company's activities.  - Access to the corporate training portal, where the entire knowledge base of the company is collected and which is constantly updated.  - Bright corporate life (parties / pizza days / PlayStation / fruits / coffee / snacks / movies).  - Certification compensation (AWS, PMP, etc).  - English courses.  - Private health insurance and compensation for sports activities.    Your personal data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations.
