Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Bilska współpraca z interesariuszami w celu identyfikacji potrzeb oraz strategii rozwoju
  • Rozwój i zarządzanie product backlogiem oraz realizacja długoterminowej strategii dla Obszaru Aplikacji Mobilnych
  • Określanie kolejności realizacji elementów product backlogu w oparciu o priorytet biznesowy, założenia realizacyjne, złożoność i pracochłonność wymagań oraz aktualną pojemność wytwórczą zespołu
  • Przygotowanie dekompozycji, uszczegółowienia i optymalnej sekwencji realizacji poszczególnych wymagań biznesowych
  • Kontrola wykorzystania pojemności zespołu i budżetu projektowego (w kontekście pojemności zespołu i przyznanego budżetu) – raportowanie
  • Praca z developerami w celu efektywnej realizacji product backlogu
  • Dbanie o to, by każde z wymagań biznesowych posiadało jasno określony cel do osiągnięcia wraz ze zdefiniowanymi kryteriami akceptacji
  • Transparentne komunikowanie w organizacji planu oraz postępów prac nad produktem

✔ Nasze wymagania:

  • Co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia w roli Product Ownera
  • Praktyczna znajomość zwinnych metodyk pracy (np. SCRUM)
  • Umiejętność priorytetyzacji, analizy danych i przygotowywania rekomendacji
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne
  • Skuteczność w działaniu i nastawienie na realizację celów biznesowych
  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Mile widziane rozumienie dobrych praktyk UX/UI
