We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation. Location: Kraków or Wrocław Work Setup: Hybrid work (once per week in the office in one of the locations mentioned above) Rate: 190 PLN/net/h VAT (B2B contract) Language: English (B2) Start date: depending on candidate availability Your responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, requirements, and industry best practices; in line with Target Architecture defined by Enterprise Architecture. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to develop teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are implemented according to architectural standards and best practices. Enterprise Integration: Design and implement scalable and resilient integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems and applications. Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to determine their suitability for addressing client requirements and enhancing solution capabilities. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and technical challenges associated with solution design and implementation and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively. Performance Optimization: Optimize solution performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and scalability issues through architectural enhancements and optimizations. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, including reliability, scalability, and security. Documentation and Artifacts: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and implementation guidelines, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, project managers, business analysts, and development teams, to ensure alignment of solution requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Our requirements 10 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and solution design, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions. Strong proficiency in software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies, .NET, .NET Core, MVC, API development, API management, and SQL Familiarity with Design Patterns and containerization is necessary Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-performance, and scalable software solutions that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
