The  BI Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Tableau. This position requires a deep understanding of data analysis, visualization, and reporting, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
ETL Processes:
Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the BI environment.
Working in Snowflake and DBT environment.
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions.
Monitor and optimize the performance of Tableau and Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
Conduct regular reviews of existing BI solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, data sources, and dashboard functionalities.
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of BI tools and reports.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Power BI and Tableau development.
Identify opportunities to enhance the BI strategy and contribute to the overall data-driven culture of the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Tableau and Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
