Your Key Responsibilities Providing functional leadership and direction to the Payroll/Time Solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment Mentoring and supporting team members in their professional development and career growth Leading the development and management of the Payroll/Time Solutions roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and HR strategy Facilitating the delivery of international IT projects for Payroll and Time Management Solutions, guiding the team to ensure successful execution Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, maintaining an adequate balance between projects, operations, and capacities Driving the adoption and integration of new payroll and time management solution features, for instance SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, across the organization Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll and time management solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while safeguarding stable system operations Acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities, expectations, and the product vision Collaborating with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where interdependencies affect multiple teams/solutions Working closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM), and the Product Group Owner HR IT Solutions Your Qualifications Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience Several years of team leader experience and strong leadership skills including motivation, coaching, managing complex situation, team transformation Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, specifically within HR IT Few years of experience in SAP HCM (PT/PY) and SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Several years of experience in implementation of digitization projects Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA Profound knowledge of the German Payroll and German time management legislations is considered an asset Good understanding of enterprise integration and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is a plus Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency Knowledge of German is a plus Our Offer Be a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views As part of our IT team, you will actively shape the technology and solutions used by Schaeffler Grow with us Get access to training platforms, internal & external trainings, supporting experts and the real-life challenges , where you will put all your skills in practice We work in a hybrid working model (or a fully remote in a special cases) with flexible working hours .
