Job Description Start date: ASAP / 1 month / flexibleDuration: Long term (12 months with further extensions)Work model: 100% remoteType of cooperation: B2BOverview We are seeking an intermediate-level professional to join our Operations – Transaction Services team. This role is responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of securities and derivatives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.Responsibilities Process securities transactions and support traders with analytical input Assist in reviewing derivative products and resolving settlement issues Recommend process improvements and contribute to product launches Analyze reports to support management and control activities Monitor errors and suggest solutions to minimize risk Escalate transaction issues and collaborate on resolutions Design and analyze reports in line with leadership standards Support control activities and ensure audit compliance Assess risk in business decisions and uphold compliance standards Requirements 2–5 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or Finance Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies Proven ability to manage concurrent activities in a high-risk environment Ability to work effectively under pressure Knowledge of macros is a plus We offer B2B contract via Experis Medicover healthcare package Multisport card Access to an e-learning platform Group insurance Company Description Experis to światowy lider rekrutacji specjalistów i kadry zarządzającej w kluczowych obszarach IT.
