Zakres obowiązków:

  • Przygotowywanie i konfiguracja sprzętu dla pracowników;
  • Instalacja i aktualizacja oprogramowania oraz sterowników urządzeń na stacjach roboczych;
  • Zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego, diagnozowanie i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z oprogramowaniem, sprzętem, siecią oraz dotyczących innych rozwiązań i systemów IT;
  • Obsługa portalu ticketowego, sukcesywne informowanie użytkowników o bieżącym statusie prowadzonych spraw oraz zapewnienie, że są one skutecznie i terminowo rozwiązane w przyjętych ramach czasowych;
  • Analiza problemów bieżącej eksploatacji systemów informatycznych, weryfikacja i zgłaszanie błędów u dostawców systemów oraz nadzór nad ich usunięciem;
  • Prowadzenie ewidencji oraz zarządzanie lokalnym sprzętem IT i oprogramowaniem w całym cyklu życia majątku;
  • Dokumentowanie procedur i rozwiązań w celu standaryzacji procesów obsługi wsparcia technicznego;
  • Redagowanie komunikatów oraz tworzenie instrukcji technicznych o problemach, aktualizacjach i zmianach związanych z infrastrukturą biurową IT, sprzętem i oprogramowaniem;
  • Wdrażanie zasad bezpieczeństwa IT i procedur administracyjnych, reagowanie na zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa, zarządzanie uprawnieniami dostępu do oprogramowania, zarządzanie zabezpieczeniami;
  • Administracja Google Workspace oraz Azure Entra ID.

Nasze wymagania:

  • Min 3 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku;
  • Zaawansowana wiedza i doświadczenie z zakresu IT;
  • Dobra znajomość sprzętu komputerowego oraz peryferii;
  • Dobra znajomość systemów Windows, Linux, MacOS oraz mobilnych iOS/Android;
  • Doświadczenie w konfiguracji typowych systemów i aplikacji biurowych;
  • Wiedza z zakresu administrowania zasobami informatycznymi w sieci LAN;
  • Znajomość technicznych zagadnień integracji systemów;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie prowadzenia swobodnej komunikacji mailowej/telefonicznej oraz czytania dokumentacji;
  • Punktualność, systematyczność oraz umiejętność pracy wg ustalonych umów SLA.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie w administracji Google Workspace;
  • Doświadczenie w zakresie konfiguracji i monitorowania infrastruktury systemów działających w środowisku Active Directory (np. Azure Entra ID);
  • Znajomość języków skryptowych umożliwiająca automatyzację zadań.

Rodzaj umowy /czas pracy:

  • B2B/UoP;
  • Pełny wymiar czasu pracy (praca stacjonarna lub hybrydowa) / elastyczne godziny pracy.
