In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales initiatives in Romania, working closely with the Group Chief Sales Officer to develop and implement strategic plans. Your core responsibilities include initiating and coordinating sales activities across the region, designing and launching a tailored sales setup aligned with corporate strategy, and leading a talented sales team to achieve an ambitious annual growth target of 5‑10% through to 2028. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the packaging space, particularly working with FMCG clients, and should demonstrate proven success in sales leadership, team development, and strategic execution. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a preference for candidates who possess a strong understanding of the labels segment and regional market nuances. The successful candidate will typically possess a strong academic background complemented by a track record of managing and mentoring teams of 8‑10 employees. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the FMCG package industry, with demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and foster long‑term client relationships.
