Recruitment Partner - Talent Acquisition Retail, Warsaw (m/f/d) In this role, you will lead the entire recruitment process and partner with HR, Business and Recruiting colleagues to identify, qualify and attract the best talent for adidas. As the Recruitment Partner for Retail, you will focus on recruitment mandates for Europe Retail Stores and drive strategic talent acquisition topics within Europe Retail. You will support Retail leadership teams in the recruitment process within their own teams. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer, with a passion for engaging candidates and delivering an exceptional candidate experience and recruitment services. Your business acumen and a proactive, innovative approach to recruiting are core skills for this role. You will partner with hiring teams to develop functional recruiting strategies and act as an expert partner to HR and business within Europe retail. You will leverage adidas’ local sourcing hubs and collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share candidates and roles to enable a collaborative hiring process. Maintain an ‘always on’ approach, using various channels to attract top talent, including proactive outreach to passive candidates. Responsibilities Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, screening, interview strategy, offer process, and ongoing process improvements with hiring teams. Use advertising resources and candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional and global awareness to attract qualified applications for key roles. Utilize internal and external candidate databases and other sourcing channels (universities, job fairs, social, referrals) to identify prospective candidates and invite them to apply, including cold calling prospects. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and lead in-depth interviews evaluating skills, experience and culture add. Build and maintain candidate pools and pipelines within the functional area you support. Partner with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and roles to encourage a collaborative hiring process. Identify new candidate pools and leverage social media, job boards, referrals and networking to proactively identify passive candidates. Provide guidance to hiring teams throughout the recruitment process and regularly update on status. Advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy. Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers for each role. Own responsibility for candidate and hiring manager experience and ensure quality standards are met. Utilize knowledge of adidas brand, benefits, compensation strategies, and programs to market adidas as an Employer of Choice. Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed and plan strategic recruitment activities with functional/market leadership. Participate in quarterly reviews with business leaders to discuss recruiting achievements and opportunities to improve hiring performance. Support retail teams with TA upskilling, trainings, best practices, hiring events, assessments, and toolkits rollout. In partnership with HR and Legal, ensure interviewing and hiring practices align with TA policy and regulations. Drive strategic talent strategies with Retail Leadership to proactively build candidate pipelines for retail stores and teams. Actively participate in retail events (e.g., Retail Sales Meetings, Store Visits, Hiring Events, District and Regional market meetings). Participate in onboarding trainings for new hires within Retail leadership to conduct TA trainings. Flex schedule based on business demand to accommodate hiring needs. Use recruitment systems effectively, document key actions, and ensure data accuracy for reporting. Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity) within your function or market. Act as a key contact to support the implementation of global initiatives within your function or market. Specific expertise/experience recruiting for Retail is strongly preferred. Industry knowledge of footwear, apparel and/or retail. Experience in large, international/global matrix organizations. Experience with vendors, relationship management and driving results through collaboration. Track record of end-to-end recruitment mandates (sourcing, assessing, and hiring, including volume and global initiatives) to achieve hiring goals. Experience in offer negotiation and awareness of local legislation and compensation trends. International experience across geographies. Knowledge of diversity & inclusion from a talent acquisition perspective. Strong English communication skills; local languages Polish and German are required. Why adidas?
