Our client is one of the leading financial services organizations with an office in Limassol, Cyprus. Technical analysis of trade execution and processing is required as they transition their existing system to a new project. A deep understanding of the legacy system is crucial, as it is being migrated to a new version. Work Model: Remote
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Convert business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Support identity and access management (AIM) initiatives through analysis and project involvement.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
Lead backlog refinement sessions and assist in sprint planning to ensure smooth project execution.
Four or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Experience with Appian workflows (or an equivalent)
