PMO Specialist

We are currently working with a French company which is a leader in security and infrastructure solutions for cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications. It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets. As a  PMO Specialist , you will create value for by simplifying process, optimizing metrics and implementing reporting mechanisms to reduce the decision-making time.. Your daily responsibilities Establish and maintain robust governance and process within the tech team Ensure data accuracy and consistency across delivery tools and reporting systems Manage capacity planning and forecasting tools Prepare and publish metrics dashboard and activities reports Support portfolio management process Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing feedback on delivery performance and process efficiency We need you to have 5+ years of proven experience as a PMO or Project Manager in a tech-driven environment A Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) — highly appreciated Strong command of JIRA, Tableau (BI), Excel / Google Sheets, and Monday.com (PPM) Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and V-cycle project management methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a motivated, empathetic, and proactive mindset Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and process improvement The ability to explain processes and metrics clearly to stakeholders and team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and process excellence Creativity in developing engaging communication materials (e.g., visual guides, short videos, or workshops) to make complex topics simple, accessible, and engaging across the organization Our offer In addition to great company and challenging projects, we can offer much much more, i.e. Agile and friendly atmosphere, non-violent communication, and full respect for diversity Possibility to choose from onsite (in Lodz, Poland) or hybrid work (one day a week in our office in Łódź city centre) Remuneration on B2B: 700- 900 zł net/ MD or UoP: 11.000- 14.000 zł gross/ month.
