O roli:

Poszukujemy pełnego pasji UI/UX Designera, który dołączy do naszego zespołu. Projektant UI/UX będzie odpowiedzialny za tworzenie angażujących projektów, które poprawiają wrażenia użytkownika i zapewniają, że nasze produkty są intuicyjne i atrakcyjne wizualnie.

 

Główne zadania na tym stanowisku:

  • Projektowanie na potrzeby modyfikacji systemów i/lub tworzenia aplikacji od podstaw
  • Uczestniczenie w spotkaniach z Klientami i zespołami, aby móc zrozumieć cele biznesowe, wymagania, problemy oraz definiować potrzeby użytkowników
  • Współpraca z zespołem - konsultacje i doradztwo w zakresie najlepszych praktyk UX i projektowania
  • Analiza danych oraz proponowanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań produktowych
  • Monitorowanie i testowanie koncepcji projektowych (na podst. wywiadów z użytkownikami, analizy rynku, standardów, miar użyteczności oraz możliwości)

Nasze oczekiwania wobec kandydatek/-ów:

 

  • Tworzenie makiet, projektowanie Low-Fi i Hi-Fi
  • Biegła znajomość narzędzi do projektowania UI/UX, takich jak Figma
  • Doświadczenie w badaniach użytkowników, opracowywaniu persony i testowaniu użyteczności będzie dodatkowy atutem
  • Doskonałe zrozumienie zasad projektowania
  • Umiejętności komunikacji i współpracy z menedżerami produktu, programistami i innymi projektantami
