We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (Vue.js) to join the Sopra Steria team for a client in the aerospace sector. You will work in a stable, industrial environment within a multinational team (France, Poland, India) supporting a major aeronautical manufacturer. The program includes a wide portfolio of applications developed by multiple teams. Our scope is to build solutions that support pilots, crew, airlines, and airport operations using modern technologies. Applications are developed mainly in two streams: frontend (JavaScript frameworks like Vaadin, Forms, Joget) and backend (Java/.NET) and deployed to AWS Cloud. Note that we can offer cooperation only to candidates located in Poland (preferably Gdańsk or Silesia). Responsibilities: Your mission as a front-end developer, is to develop the front-end layer of the application Implement solutions and deliver high quality software Help to define requirements and implement software designs Create and test software to enhance the solution and all related modules and services Shape and apply our software standards of clean code and performance optimization techniques Tech stack on the project: JavaScript (Vue.js) Python ArcGIS AWS: AWS lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, Lambda Functions and other AWS services are used GitLab, CI/CD in code, Jenkins/Cloud bees End to end testing with Cypress Static code analysis, SonarQube Must have requirements: At least 4 years of experience in software development with Vue.js Solid IT technical background Strong “can-do” attitude and good communication skills Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g.: JIRA) Git knowledge Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process Fluent English B2/C1 Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice Nice to have requirements: • ArcGIS • ArcGis (Framework Sweet) • Javascript (Arcade) • Python • Experience working in a distributed and international team What we offer: • BENEFITS (UoP): Luxmed, Multisport, Worksmile, educational platforms, language courses, referral bonus, copyrights, life insurance • DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES (UoP and B2B): certifications (paid by the company) plus bonus for successful passing, conferences, Tech Lunches If you find this offer interesting and you would like to learn more about the project, send us your up-dated CV in English containing the clause: „I agree to the processing by Sopra Steria Polska Sp. z o.o. and other entities within the Sopra Steria Group of my personal data contained in my CV for the purposes of the current recruitment process and future recruitment processes conducted by any entity within the Sopra Steria Group.”
