Location: ŁódźRegion: Łódzkie Job Description Design and assess target-state architectures (cloud, hybrid, on-premises) including transition roadmaps, risks, and cost considerations Translate business requirements into technical architectures, ensuring feasibility, compliance, and strategic alignment Act as a trusted technical advisor to Business, IT, Security, and Delivery teams Produce high-quality architectural documentation (conceptual, logical, and high-level physical designs) and present recommendations to stakeholders Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and advisory offerings across CEE Support solution cost estimation and TCO analysis for cloud and on-prem environments Review and challenge proposed technical solutions to ensure architectural integrity and long-term sustainability Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multi-country and multi-stakeholder environments Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and architectural best practices within the team Requirements We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect to manage, coordinate, and develop IT solutions that support internal business collaboration across the CEE region. The role involves active participation in creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as contributing to the development of an efficient and effective IT department.
