We are looking for a person to lead the development and delivery of next-generation solutions in the PropTech industry. In this role, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in building scalable, reliable, and impactful products that transform how people interact with real estate and property management technology in Europe. As a senior fullstack engineer, you’ll define system architecture, ensure engineering excellence, and be directly involved in coding and reviewing key components when needed. You’ll play a pivotal role in setting priorities, managing technical delivery, and ensuring the team consistently meets milestones and quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical depth and strategic impact. Minimum of 6 years commercial work experience Proven experience leading technical teams in fast-paced, product-focused environments Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in full-stack development (or deep expertise in backend while understanding the frontend systems) Proficiency in Cloud computing and DevOps technologies Strong background in software architecture, system design, and modern development practices Able to work with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and/or Kanban Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and business needs Team player and a leading by example approach Fluency in English Responsibilities Lead a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and ownership Design and oversee system architecture for high-performance PropTech platforms and applications Engage in hands-on development when needed to guide complex technical decisions and maintain alignment with best practices Translate business goals and user needs into technical strategy, prioritizing and managing delivery roadmaps Maintain applications on production environments used by consumers from several European countries Continuously improve engineering processes, code quality, and delivery efficiency Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and recruit new team members Technical Requirements JavaScript TypeScript Docker Kubernetes Jenkins Terraform CircleCI GitLab CI Datadog Benefits Sport subscription Training budget Private healthcare Flat structure Small teams International projects Free coffee Free snacks Free beverages In-house trainings In-house hack days #J-18808-Ljbffr
