Data Migration Specialist Technologies we use SQL Microsoft Azure Salesforce SAP About the project We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to support a large-scale ERP consolidation program. The project involves migrating data from approximately 20 source ERP systems into 4 target ERP platforms, ensuring data quality, consistency, and business continuity. The role requires strong technical expertise in data integration and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for large-scale ERP data migration Analyse and understand source ERP data models, data dependencies, and business rules Define and implement data mapping, transformation, and validation rules Ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration process Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and error handling Support test migrations, dry runs, and cutover activities Optimize ETL performance to handle high data volumes and complexity Collaborate with ERP functional teams, Data architects, Business stakeholders, and QA and testing teams Document ETL logic, mappings, and migration processes Advanced SQL skills (data analysis, validation, transformation) ETL tools – at least 4 years of practical experience in designing and developing ETL processes (particularly Informatica) Data migrations – experience in large-scale data migration projects ERP systems – working with data from major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise ERP) Data modelling – designing and analysing data models Azure SQL – experience with relational databases in the Azure environment Data quality & profiling – tools and techniques to ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness Data transformation and mapping – implementing transformation and validation rules ETL performance optimization – handling high-volume data efficiently Fluency in English Fluent in Polish required Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Learn more about our projects and choose the best Sii is the leading technology consulting, digital transformation, engineering, and business services vendor in Poland.
