We create campaigns that work, not just look good in reports. We develop our own solutions (e.g., Backlink Score AI) and look for new ways to continuously make a real impact on our clients’ business results. We are looking for a person to help us with this and permanently join our team. As the Head of SEO & AI Search, you will: Create and develop the SEO strategy and our service and product offerings . Define what is truly worth building next based on data, experience, and market needs. Ensure that SEO is a tool for achieving business goals , not just traffic growth. Support and inspire the team (mentoring, providing direction, consulting). Collaborate with the CEO and COO (who is responsible for processes and reporting) – You will focus on vision, quality, and direction. Lead strategic clients and projects where impact is key. Represent Insightland externally (conferences, webinars, publications, industry talks). Monitor and test new developments (from AI Search to automation and data integration). Who we are looking for: An SEO industry leader who knows the market, understands technology, and can explain complex things in simple language. A person who combines strategic thinking, practical experience, and a business approach (knows SEO tools in practice and follows current trends). Someone who acts transparently, proactively, and collaboratively, Active industry participation (articles, presentations, podcasts, mentoring) and knowledge of AI trends and applications in SEO are welcome.
