Possibility to publish results. Highly competitive salary. Our Expectations Expertise in designing and implementing complex IT systems. Ability to develop user‑friendly, versatile tools. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, Scala) and Linux. Strong skills in evaluating and optimizing system performance from design to production troubleshooting. Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures. Initiative and creativity to improve existing solutions. Ability to work effectively within and across teams. Additional Advantages Previous experience in machine learning is an asset but not required. Solid foundation in mathematics. Experience with GPU programming and machine learning frameworks (Torch, PyTorch, TensorFlow). Proven experience with distributed systems. Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, Storm, Spark, Flink). Hands‑on experience with GCP or similar cloud providers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the ML training platform and bidding infrastructure that evaluates ML models in a production environment. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize critical, low‑level parts of the system. Ensure reliability and scalability of implementations, and create performance and correctness tests for new components. Test and benchmark open-source big data and ML technologies to assess their suitability for production. Technical Requirements Experience with Python, Design thinking, Linux, machine learning, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy, Spark, Hadoop, Java, big data, Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery. Familiarity with NoSQL tools (YouTrack, DokuWiki, GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins). Knowledge of Agile and Kanban.
