Design, write, test, and optimize Assembler code for mainframe systems. Maintain and enhance legacy Assembler applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with teams to integrate Assembler components with COBOL/Java applications. Optimize system performance using tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON. Expertise in Assembler (HLASM) programming and mainframe systems (IBM z/OS, MVS, CICS, DB2) ~ Experience with performance tools (IBM Debug Tool, Abend-AID, OMEGAMON) ~ Experience integrating Assembler with COBOL, PL/I, or Java ~ 7+ years of experience in Assembler development, with at least 5 years in mainframe systems ~ IBM Certified System Programmer and z/OS Mastery Certifications are a plus ~ Very good command of English Flexible forms of employment and working hours (CoE or B2B) Work on innovative projects using modern technologies Direct impact on shaping the image of the Capital Group’s companies on the market
