Job Title: IT Product Owner for SAP HCM Core Solutions (All Genders) Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its success has been a result of its entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership. Supervising the delivery of international IT projects for HCM Core Solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, by guiding the team to ensure successful execution Prioritizing and managing the product backlog, maintaining an adequate balance between projects, operations, and capacities Driving the adoption and integration of new HCM Core solution features across the organization and supporting technical integration with Vitesco (Merger Schaeffler/Vitesco) Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of HCM Core solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while safeguarding stable system operations Collaborating with other HR IT Teams to ensure integrative solutions, especially where demands affect multiple teams/solutions Working closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence manager (PCM), the Scrum Master (SCM), and the Product Group Owner HR IT Solutions Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role, specifically within HR IT Few years of experience in SAP HCM (PA/OM) and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Several years of experience in implementation of digitization projects Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA Profound knowledge of the German Payroll and German time management legislations is considered an asset Good understanding of enterprise integration and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is a plus Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency Knowledge of German is a plus Be a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views As part of our IT team, you will actively shape the technology and solutions used by Schaeffler Get access to training platforms, internal & external trainings, supporting experts and the real-life challenges , where you will put all your skills in practice We work in a hybrid working model (or a fully remote in a special cases) with flexible working hours .
