Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role. As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the online banking sector dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions for accounts and savings products. You will play a crucial role in supporting complex IT and business initiatives aimed at modernizing core banking systems and enhancing customer-facing financial services. Your responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements during project initiation and delivery phases Develop functional and non-functional requirements specifications and high-level solution designs Support analytical work performed by vendors and internal banking units Define and analyze banking processes in cooperation with business stakeholders Collaborate with system architects, designers, and internal domain experts Prepare and review user and automated test scenarios Conduct functional testing and support business acceptance testing Review technical documentation, architecture, and technologies applied Support system parameterization and provide expert guidance post-implementation Our requirements At least five years of experience in a Business Analyst role working with business stakeholders Experience in banking or financial IT projects Strong knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and business operations Practical experience in business and system requirements analysis and documentation Solid understanding of software engineering principles and IT system architecture Experience with system and data integration concepts Hands-on knowledge of relational databases and data modeling Experience in functional and UAT testing activities Proficiency with analytical and documentation tools such as Jira or Confluence Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills Communicative Polish and English proficiency Optional Certifications in Business Analysis or Financial Services.
