Senior Fullstack Nodejs + Reactjs Developer

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack (Node.js + React.js) Developer to help us grow our expertise in the web development space. The role leans more toward backend responsibilities than frontend ones. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend). Collaborate with product managers, designers, other developers and testers to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Build and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Ensure the performance, security, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and support other developers, ensuring best coding practices, high standards and fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Support pre-sales activities by collaborating with the sales team to evaluate opportunities, define technical requirements, engage with clients, propose solutions, prepare POCs, and support scoping, budgeting, and timelines. Requirements Professional experience working as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Node.js , Express.js, and associated frameworks/libraries. Frontend development skills using React.js , including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component-based architecture. Solid understanding of Typescript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha). Experience with version control tools like Git. Very good level of Polish (at least C1) and English (B2+) Nice to have Knowledge of containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with React Native. Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Bubble.io / Framer / FlutterFlow). Understanding of microservices architecture. Exposure to serverless frameworks and event-driven design patterns. Interest or experience in AI-driven applications, including familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI integration into web apps.
