We are looking for a talented C++ Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in C++ programming and a passion for designing high-quality software solutions, this is the role for you. As a C++ Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative software applications and service frameworks that meet our clients' needs perfectly. YOU WILL Design and implement software solutions and service frameworks using C++ Ensure the right architectural approach and design pattern for efficient and secure solutions for the client Work closely with managers and technical teams to ensure the architecture is implemented correctly Set technical standards and ensure adherence to them for the development of software applications Translate business requirements into repeatable design patterns and strategies Identify, analyze, and resolve system design gaps and weaknesses Create methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control Assess and plan for security risks and implement appropriate measures Assist in the development of delivery plans and ensure the correctness of software applications Document all architectural designs and decisions for future reference and maintenance Plan and design the structure of the proposed solution Communicate system requirements to the development teams Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, software or hardware, and integration methods Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code reviews) and guide team members Assist with solving technical problems when they arise Ensure the implementation of the agreed-upon architecture and infrastructure Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 12+ years of professional experience in C++ development Proven experience as a Technical Architect Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux) and databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) Experience with Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns Experience with software development tools and methodologies OUR OFFER Relocation package (4500 PLN total value), paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) in case your permanent presence in the office is mandatory, and you need to relocate from another city.
