About the role Emporix is an AI-driven Autonomous Commerce Execution Platform that gives enterprises full control over how their commerce works. It orchestrates operations end-to-end, enabling companies to scale faster, respond smarter, and deliver better customer experiences. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to join our growing team, based in Germany or Poland. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to launch, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver impactful solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in product management. Proven success managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build close working relationships Ability to bridge product strategy with marketing execution. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Strategic mindset with a focus on customer experience and business impact. Willingness to travel – around once a month to our office in Gliwice, Poland, to work with the engineering team in person. Ideally, deep B2B knowledge and SAP experience. Nice to have: agentic experience and familiarity with modern AI-driven applications. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals. Use insights into industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to guide product direction. Product Lifecycle Management Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to launch and post-launch optimization. Prioritize features and initiatives to deliver customer value and business impact. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products. Mentor and support stakeholders across functions to drive product alignment. Customer Focus & Product Design Deeply understand customer needs and translate them into product features and solutions. Partner with design teams to apply user-centered design principles and deliver excellent user experiences. Execution & Delivery Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Work in Agile/Scrum environments to prioritize and deliver features efficiently. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and adapt quickly to changes in product development. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Clearly articulate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives, technical teams, and customers. Present ideas and progress confidently to senior leadership and larger groups Business Acumen Ensure product decisions support overall business strategy, revenue goals, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
