100% REMOTE WORK Responsibilities Lead the Design Phase of governance and process architecture for SharePoint Subscription environments. Conduct and facilitate workshops and consultations with stakeholders. Analyze and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable process models and governance frameworks. Design and recommend information architecture, governance structures, and collaboration processes tailored to complex, multinational environments. Prepare detailed documentation including process models, governance policies, and compliance recommendations. Ensure alignment with security and data protection standards, including EU regulations. Requirements 1. SharePoint Expertise Proven experience in Governance: Developing management structures, roles, audit mechanisms, and security policies. Information Architecture: Designing scalable and secure architecture for multinational collaboration. Security & Compliance: Applying least privilege principles, conducting access audits, and ensuring data protection. 2. Process Design in SharePoint Designing and implementing site collection provisioning and approval workflows (without admin privileges). Membership management processes (user lifecycle, site ownership). Collaboration scenarios across internal teams and external partners. 3. Security Awareness Experience working in high-security environments, such as international organizations or public institutions. Familiarity with EU data protection regulations and compliance frameworks. 4. Consultation & Workshop Facilitation Lead structured workshops with diverse stakeholders. Gather and analyze requirements. Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. Additional Assets Experience with data protection documentation (e.g., DPIA, Record of Processing, Data Protection Notices). Practical knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem workflows, including: Power Platform SharePoint Designer Third-party workflow engines (e.g., Nintex, K2) – implementation not required in this phase.
