As part of our strategic growth, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Specialist to join our team and be responsible for the effective management of logistics processes.If you have experience in logistics, are proactive, and ready to contribute to a dynamic international environment, send your application to hr@dimaxgroup.comWhat will you be doing:Program Management: Operating the warehouse and sales management software (Symphony) .Warehouse Support: Assisting with warehouse management by controlling receiving, issuing, storage, and distribution.Supplier Contact: Contacting domestic and foreign suppliers.Problem Resolution: Solving problems related to orders, deliveries, and customer claims.Correspondence: Conducting correspondence with contractors and overseeing the correct flow of documents.Process Organization: Organizing and managing logistics processes.Quality Analysis: Evaluating and qualifying suppliers; participating in the handling of complaints and deviations.Optimization: Optimizing logistics processes.What do we expect:Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role.Higher education (preferred fields: logistics, management, or economics).Practical knowledge of PC use, including warehouse programs and the MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Fluent proficiency in Polish and English (both spoken and written).Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to task execution.Proven success in organizing and managing logistics processes.What we offer:Competitive base salary of 5,000 – 7,000 PLN net.Official full-time employment.Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.Hybrid work format from our Warsaw office.Trial Period: 3 months.Paid vacation (Umowa o pracę – Employment Contract).Benefits to choose from: Private medical insurance or a sports card.All necessary work tools (laptop, phone).A dynamic, supportive, and ambitious work environment.Real opportunities for career growth and professional development.How to apply:Send your CV or contact us via WhatsApp or email at hr@dimaxgroup.com for more information.We're excited to meet logistics professionals ready to strengthen our operational presence in Poland About Dimax International Poland: Dimax International is the exclusive importer of the Könner & Söhnen® brand.
