Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Tax Accountant – Team Leader
to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tax and VAT accounting and proven experience in leading a small team of accountants. In this role, you will independently handle all tax-related matters, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and provide guidance and oversight to your team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently handle all TAX and VAT accounting matters.
  • Prepare and submit VAT, CIT, and WHT declarations.
  • Manage a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance in daily operations.
  • Prepare documentation for tax audits and provide support during internal and external

audits.

  • Conduct analyses and prepare reports, taking appropriate action where needed.
  • Cooperate with tax and fiscal authorities, responding to official queries and requests.
  • Provide professional tax and accounting support to other business units within the organization.

What we expect:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (tax/accounting).
  • Proven team management and leadership skills.
  • Very good English, both spoken and written.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • SAP system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work under time pressure.
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
