About Us

We are a private debt fund specializing in project finance for renewable energy assets — solar, wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) — in Central and Eastern Europe. Our principal markets are Poland, Hungary, and Romania, with an ambitious strategy to expand across the CEE region and into selected Western European countries.

Job description:

We are looking for a Land Acquisition Specialist responsible for identifying and securing land plots for the development of energy storage projects. In this role, you will build relationships with landowners, conduct negotiations, and cooperate with technical, legal, and project teams to support project development across Poland.

Key responsibilities:

  • identifying and acquiring land plots for energy storage projects,
  • negotiating and concluding lease or purchase agreements with landowners,
  • assessing potential locations in terms of technical, legal, and environmental conditions,
  • cooperating with legal, engineering, and project departments during due diligence processes,
  • monitoring local regulations related to renewable energy and energy storage investments,
  • representing the company in meetings with landowners, local authorities, and business partners,
  • reporting on project progress.

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or the renewable energy sector,
  • good knowledge of the land market and regulations related to renewable energy investments,
  • excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills,
  • independence and good organizational skills,
  • category B driving licence and readiness for business travel across Poland,
  • communicative level of English.
