Job Title: SAP ABAP + HCM Consultant

Location: Krakow Poland , Mandatory 3 days WFO

Experience: 10+ years

Employment Type : UZ Contract

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in HCM module
to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in ABAP programming and a solid understanding of SAP HCM processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in
    SAP ABAP development
    (Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements).
  • Hands-on experience in
    SAP HCM module
    (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management).
  • Knowledge of
    HR-specific infotypes, clusters, and tables
    .
  • Experience with
    LSMW, ALE/IDoc, RFC, and Web Services
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SAP HR Forms
    and
    ESS/MSS
    integration is a plus.
  • Good understanding of
    functional processes in HCM
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, and enhancements for SAP HCM module.
  • Work on
    HR-ABAP
    objects such as
    PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management
    , and
    Benefits
    .
  • Create and maintain
    interfaces, conversions, and forms
    (SmartForms, Adobe Forms).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform
    debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
    .
  • Support
    SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
    .
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.

  • Experience in
    SAP HR Renewal
    or
    SuccessFactors integration
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Fiori/UI5
    for HCM scenarios.
  • Exposure to
    SAP Workflow
    related to HR processes.
