About the Role

e are looking for a motivated  IT Specialist  Intern (Administration) to join our team as part of the Erasmus+ programme. This internship is ideal for someone who is studying or has education in IT, computer science, or a related field, and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting IT systems and administrative processes.

 What You'll Be Doing

• Install, configure, and maintain software, peripherals, and IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Set up user accounts and access permissions for new employees on Microsoft 365, Clockify, ClickUp, and other internal systems.
• Prepare laptops and devices for new joiners, ensuring all software and access permissions are correctly configured.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.
• Support automation of internal workflows to improve efficiency.
• Assist in testing software solutions, identifying bugs, and reporting issues to developers.
• Contribute to documenting test cases, results, and technical procedures.

 What We Are Looking For

• Completed IT training, or currently studying/holding a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
• Technical understanding of IT systems, with good knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools and testing methods.
