Location: Warsaw / Hybrid
Company & Position Overview:
On behalf of our Client, a rapidly growing technology company with an international footprint, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Global HR Director.
This senior leadership role reports directly to the Board of Directors and is responsible for defining and executing the company's global end-to-end HR strategy, covering the full employee lifecycle. The successful Candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture, driving talent development, and building scalable HR processes that support dynamic business growth and innovation.
The Global HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor to the Board and senior leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives, people priorities, and long-term strategic goals.
Scope of Duties:
- Develop and implement a global end-to-end HR strategy, covering talent acquisition, development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, and organizational design.
- Act as a key partner to the Board of Directors, providing guidance on people-related decisions, transformation initiatives, and organizational scaling.
- Lead and mentor the global HR team, ensuring best-in-class HR service delivery across all markets.
- Design and execute initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Oversee global workforce planning and ensure HR processes support rapid scaling and international expansion.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, payroll regulations, and international standards.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and support strategic recruitment for key roles in tech and business functions.
- Implement data-driven HR practices, including analytics, reporting, and digital HR tools.
- Partner with senior management to translate business needs into HR solutions that drive performance and innovation.
- Lead HR aspects of organizational changes, M&A activities, and integration projects where applicable.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Min. 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role in a tech or fast-paced international environment.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end HR including payroll in multiple countries.
- Strong strategic and operational HR expertise, including payroll governance and compliance.
- Experience building scalable HR frameworks in dynamic, innovation-driven organizations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop, inspire, and grow high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at Board and executive level.
- High business acumen and ability to align HR priorities with organizational objectives.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Experience in tech environments and rapid-growth companies is highly valued.
