Your Tasks
As a Technical Sales Specialist for Rods & Preforms, you will take over the customer portfolio in the geographical area of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Your role will be to maintain and develop the existing customers while prospecting and creating new accounts in your dedicated area.

  • Support and manage existing customers accounts
  • Implement sales development strategies to identify and develop new customers relationships
  • Identify customers' needs to offer them the most relevant solutions and ensure the clients' satisfaction
  • Monitor the sales process from quotation through negotiation to order completion
  • Professional presentation of Ceratizit Group on the customer side
  • Ensure a continuous observation of the market and competitor trends
  • Close cooperation with the internal sales department (customer service) and the management team in Reutte, Austria

Your Profile

  • You hold a technical education background
  • You have several years of professional experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the field of cemented carbides
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are customer centric, proactive, and business-driven
  • You are willing to travel majority of your time to meet the different customers in your dedicated area
  • You speak fluently Czech and either English or German
