The Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Operations specialist based in Warsaw to join our fast-growing team in Europe at an exciting time for the company, covering mainly the Iberian market.

This is a role with a great opportunity to put your own stamp on our activity across Zepp's operation.

What the role will involve:

End-to-end Supply Chain reporting and management which includes but not limited to:

  • Sales Orders Inbound management
  • Warehouse stock level monitoring (Spain & UK)
  • Outbound forecast preparation
  • Customer inventory, sell through/ sell out data tracking and reporting
  • Channel stock level tracking and reporting

And other Sales Operations tasks such as:

  • Daily interaction with assigned Key Customers to liaise about order processing
  • Drive the agreed KPIs framework for the European supply chain and sales operations
  • Integrate and optimize the EU warehouse inventory into global demand process
  • EMEA warehouse logistics: regular relevant analysis reports, improve operational efficiency and continuously optimize rates and turnover rates.
  • Responsible for organizing relevant supplier reviews
  • Bridge sales requirements within an agreed SLA framework to find the right balance between cost and delivery

You'll be / have:

  • Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of experience in sales operations or supply chain, Consumer Electronics industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Fluent in English. Spanish and Chinese will be a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with peers, management, contractors and customers;
  • Strong sense of ownership mentality and can-do attitude.
  • An excellent team player who can build relationships across departments
  • Strong analytical and project management skills and track record in achieving Supply Chain efficiency improvements
