We are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead the delivery of two parallel initiatives focused on
Azure Entra ID Development
and
Network-related Broadcom Services
.

This role requires a hands-on Project Manager who combines strong stakeholder communication skills with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will be responsible for full project ownership – from initiation to closure – including budget, risks, and delivery quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate delivery of multiple IT projects simultaneously
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Own the full project lifecycle (initiation → closure)
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and RACI matrices
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
  • Track progress using RAG status, KPIs, and regular reporting
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with Waterfall / Agile / SAFe methodologies
  • Manage budget ownership, forecasting, and cost control

Key Requirements

  • English level C1 or higher (daily communication in English), Polish language – level C or native
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
  • Experience with RAG logs, risk, issue, and problem management
  • Hands-on experience with budget management and forecasting

  • Technical understanding of:

  • Load balancers, routers, switches, servers

  • Network security tools (firewalls, NAC)
  • Hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud)

  • Authentication, certificates, and monitoring tools

  • Experience working with hybrid and cloud solutions (Azure)

  • Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments
