Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Assembly of wiring harnesses, connectors, and other components according to work instructions

  • Operating production equipment and ensuring smooth production processes

  • Performing visual and functional quality checks on finished products

  • Supporting material flow and reporting deviations in production

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

Your profile

  • First experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly is an advantage – newcomers are welcome

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team

  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

  • Basic English or German skills are an advantage
